VERTICAL RESEARCH ADVISORY, LLC. AGREEMENT

By entering into this agreement with Vertical Research Advisory, LLC (VRA), you will receive specific investment research on public companies. You may then purchase shares in these companies through any brokerage account that deals in the securities markets.

Throughout the year, you will receive specific and timely research about companies with extraordinary upside potential. Although this is not individual investment advice or in-depth financial planning, you will receive thorough information and research. Members of VRALetter.com are not allowed to share the VRA information with non-subscribers.
